The era of great aesthetic transformations is over. Barely 10 years ago, my patients came to my office wanting to look younger. Today, their concerns have changed. They obviously want to be able to correct some imperfections, but above all they demand a natural result in accordance with their age. This is why I give more and more space to skin cell regeneration techniques in my practice. These take place after the classic fillers with hyaluronic acid or after treatment with botulinum toxin, but above all as a preventative measure in my young patients.

And that’s new! What treatments do I particularly recommend? I'm going to start by talking to you about peels. Whether superficial with fruit acids or medium with trichloroacetic acid, these have the particularity of eliminating "dead" cells, tightening pores, treating acne, reducing spots...but above all they generate collagen and cellular stimulation at the origin of skin renewal. They are particularly well tolerated and without spectacular side effects, as we can see on the internet. Because if they are carried out by a specialist who will be able to assess the quality of your skin and your needs by offering you a personalized treatment, you will only peel discreetly for a few days. If necessary, a small daily exfoliation will facilitate the elimination of dead cells. Next, let me introduce you to mesotherapy.

Mesotherapy is a medical technique which consists of locally and superficially injecting small doses of naturally active substances involved in the stimulation and cellular renewal of the skin, such as vitamins, trace elements, amino acids, hyaluronic acid, but especially PRP (platelet-rich plasma). It’s the famous Vampire Lift! This consists of taking a small quantity of blood in tubes specially designed for this treatment (approximately 8 to 16 ml), centrifuging it for 5 minutes to recover only the plasma and blood platelets (PRP). This material being a compound of living cells, it is immediately reinjected into the skin of the face, in dark circles, in the skin of the neck, décolleté or hands, but also in stretch marks and scars. The platelets will then play the role of “site manager” by releasing a certain number of growth factors and chemotactic factors promoting tissue repair and renewal. For its part, the plasma will provide the vitamins, trace elements and hormones participating in this process. So these are your own cells working for you! It’s absolutely magical! And of course, without side effects since we work with your own cells. Finally, I will give a little space to phototherapy which, as its name suggests, uses light energy (laser, IPL, LED, etc.) for aesthetic purposes. Here again, the energy imported into the skin by these different methods will stimulate collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid naturally present in our skin, resulting in rejuvenated, smoothed and firmed skin. After emphasizing the importance of these different techniques in preserving your beauty capital, don't forget your daily care! This must be rich in fruit acids, hyaluronic acid and anti-oxidants.
